Your hosts, the McInnis family, are 5th and 6th generation sheep graziers and kindly open our 13,000 acre backyard to share with you. The original homestead and surrounding paddocks have been in the McInnis family since 1878.

Our award-winning accommodation provides you with self contained accommodation for your Flinders Ranges holiday. We trust you will enjoy your stay and that you will respect the privilege of sharing our property by following our rules.

Our property is 2WD accessible 99.9% of the time. If we have had high rainfall resulting in flooding, 4WD may be needed for creek crossings. A 4WD will allow greater access to explore the Flinders Ranges region but is not essential for general sightseeing.

On our property, Willow Waters Gorge is a great destination for camping, picnics, bush walking or just relaxing and listening to the birds sing. Getting in touch with nature couldn’t be easier! The beautiful gum tree lined Willow Creek curves its way through mountainous ancient ranges that attract kangaroos, emus, echidnas, reptiles and a large range of native birdlife – Keep an eye out for the resident wedge tail eagles! The hills in this ancient gorge are estimated to be 800 million years old, making them some of  the oldest hills in the Flinders Ranges. There is evidence of stromatolite fossils dating back millions of years.

The Willow Waters Gorge has a history of early copper mining and sheep grazing from the 1870’s. Explore our Willow Waters 4WD track* – 4WD only. *Additional fees apply.
